WHERE WERE YOU? WOW... 25 YEARS
It was my senior year in high school. I remember that I was at lunch when the announcement was made over the PA system (I was thinking about how I'd like to be somewhere else... I know I was thinking that because that's what I always thought in HS :) . Even then I was big shuttle fan and felt the loss of life and disappointment (I've seen three launches since then... REALLY COOL !). Only two more to go.
I like this picture because it doesn't look posed (they had just finished training...look at the hair).

DRIVER SAFETY VIDEOS
These are three very powerful videos which demonstrate the need for safe driving. The content is mildly graphic and will pull at your emotions (be prepared for a few tears) but they need to be seen by drivers young and old. They would never show these commercials in the U.S. but I wish they would. If you have ever seen anything like this in person you will find it very hard to watch. They were made by the State of Victoria (Australia) and have been very successful in reducing traffic deaths.

PURE LOYALTY
A dog sits by the grave of it's owner in Rio De Janiero. I've seen far too many similar photo's/stories like this for this type of love not to be true. I know I use the word 'amazing' quite often but... Amazing! I must also reference Fry's dog in Futurama (good episode).
