According to the YouTube description this girl was born deaf and just had a new hearing implant turned on. What we see in this video is her hearing herself for the first time. There is almost no way you can watch this and not cry.
NOTE: This video broke big today and was shown on the major news outlets. Almost two days after the rest of the "blogosphere"... still makes me cry though.
